Registration-Form

Shadow warrants only to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years. Defects caused by abuse, accidents, modifications, negligence or misuse are not covered herein. The warranty will be extended to five years if the purchaser fills out the form below within ten days of purchase. A US$5.00 handling charge must accompany the product along with proof of product (i.e. receipt) if longer than 30 days from purchase date but still within the warranty period.

After you filled out the form, you will receive a registration code. The extended warranty will be honored only with this code and a copy of the receipt.
